Creating Trucks

  1. Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Equipment >Transport > Trucks.

  2. Enter a Truck ID and Description.

  3. Mark the Subcontractor checkbox if the truck belongs to a third party.

  4. If the Subcontractor checkbox is marked, you can choose the Vendor ID for the contractor.

  5. Choose Save.

The truck ID *ALL is system-generated and displays all trucks and cannot be deleted or changed.
