Performing SQL Maintenance

This routine can be used to drop and create tables and auto procedures, grant access, and clear data from tables. You must be logged in as “sa”.

  1. Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Utilities > Equipment > SQL Maintenance.
  2. Select the System or Company radio button in the Table Series field.
  3. Select a Database from the drop-down list.
  4. Select the tables you wish to maintain.
  5. Select to drop and create tables and auto procedures or clear data by marking the checkboxes. The Grant Access checkbox will be marked automatically when dropping and creating tables and auto procedures.
  6. Select Process.
