Status codes should be assigned to each event in the Equipment Status Setup window.

Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Signature Equipment > Signature Equipment > Status Setup.

For each event listed in the window, enter a status code. You can enter the same status code for several events. You only need to set up status codes for the events that correspond with the modules you have registered.

Select OK.

Status changes when equipment is on a service call and the service call is in progress per the beginning time stamp. Status changes back after the ending time is stamped. |
