Adding a Document Attachment

You can add a file as an attachment with the following steps:

  1. Select the paper clip icon.
  2. Navigate to and select the file to be attached.
  3. Select OK. The paper clip icon will display as a paper clip with a piece of paper attached.

Viewing the Attached Files

The associated inquiry windows will display the paper clip with the piece of paper attached.

  1. Select the icon to open the document list.
  2. Select the file.
  3. Select Display.
