A service call can no longer be reopened in Schedule.

SCHED-2484

The XOi integration with Schedule has been updated to allow the Job Location field to reference and display the Location Name (LOCATNNM) from the SV00200 or SV00300 SQL tables, along with associated address details. This update aims to improve clarity when multiple service sites are associated with the same customer.

The Contact Person 1 and Phone 1 information are now displayed in the service call tool tip on the Schedule Board.
