Your Woodford User Role controls what cards display on the Resco Cloud Dashboard. For information about how to use Resco's Template Designer and Report Designer, go to https://docs.resco.net/wiki/Mobile_reports_for_Resco_Inspections.

Role	Cards
System Administrator	Template Designer: The Designer gives you the tools to create practically any template. Add different types of components, set styles, and add custom logic via rules. Results Viewer: The MobileTech+ tool allows you to filter and view the results of the completed templates one by one. On top of that, the results can be quickly exported into a .csv format. Woodford: Advanced customization and configuration tool that allows you to change the standard layout and extend its behavior. No programming needed. Admin Console (Full Access): Server administration center for the backend configuration. Manage users, import data, create entities and fields, and much more. Recommended only for administrators. Data Manage Data Entities Entity Maps Auto-Numbering Processes Center Processes Logs Plug-in Assemblies Settings Auditing Organization Environments Reports: The Report Designer enables you to set up mobile reports that provide a clear-cut overview of your data. These reports can be exported in PDF, Word, Excel, or HTML format and easily shared with customers, partners, back office, or any other stakeholders. Sync Dashboard: The Sync Dashboard gives administrators a 360° overview of sync details that can be further filtered according to chosen preferences.
MobileTech+ Manager (Set up in Resco Cloud)	The MobileTech+ Manager web app includes: Calendar: View all technicians' appointments. You can select to view all appointments, job appointments, service appointments, and technician activities. The display options include Agenda, Day, Week, or Month. Appointments are color-coded by type: job, service, or technician activity. The filter for the calendar view is the Previous, Current, and Next Month. Appointments cannot be created for technicians in the MobileTech+ Manager. Dashboard: View the MobileTech+ information in chart views that include the duration per template, duration per user, passed, and failed templates. Select the chart icon on each card to change the displayed chart type. The Dashboard is configurable in Woodford (Dashboard > My Dashboard) Technicians: View a list of technicians with the Inspector role. Select the technician's name to view: Contact information. If you are using Schedule, the telephone number entered in Schedule (Administration > Resource Options) auto-populates in the Mobile Phone field. You will need to Load Data in MobileTech Admin (Tools > Load Data) to update the telephone number in the MobileTech+ Manager web app. If you update the technician's phone number in Resco Cloud, this will not update the phone number in Schedule. Appointments: Select an appointment to view additional information. MobileTech+: View a list of the technician's MobileTech+ templates or change to a chart view. In the list view, select a template to view the form. If the MobileTech+ template hasn't been completed, you can edit it, save the changes, complete the MobileTech+ template, and then create the mobile report. However, be aware that if the technician makes changes to the MobileTech+ template, changes made in the MobileTech+ Manager will overwrite the technician's changes. View the technician's submitted (saved) MobileTech+ reports. Editors: Provides access to the Template Designer and the Mobile Report Editor. Result Viewer: View completed templates or export them for further analysis Submitted Reports: View the saved MobileTech+ reports for all technicians. The filter displays reports submitted in the previous and current weeks. You can select other filters by selecting the Filter button.

MobileTech+ Manager
(Set up in Resco Cloud)

The MobileTech+ Manager web app includes:

Calendar: View all technicians' appointments. You can select to view all appointments, job appointments, service appointments, and technician activities. Technicians: View a list of technicians with the Inspector role. Select the technician's name to view:
- Contact information. If you are using Schedule, the telephone number entered in Schedule (Administration > Resource Options) auto-populates in the Mobile Phone field. You will need to Load Data in MobileTech Admin (Tools > Load Data) to update the telephone number in the MobileTech+ Manager web app. If you update the technician's phone number in Resco Cloud, this will not update the phone number in Schedule.
