You can import any PNG image or PDF document as a new template. This function uses Amazon Textract for parsing documents. The file should be no more than 10 pages long and its size less than 10 MB. You can convert up to 200 pages for free. If you need more, set up an AWS account and activate Textract; you can then enter your Amazon credentials in the Template Designer. If you will be purchasing a license, you will need Analyze Document API for pages with tables and forms. The price per analyzed page (for the 1st million pages) is: $0.015 + $0.05 = $0.065.
To import an image or PDF document as a new template:

In MobileTech Administration, select Tools > Launch Resco Cloud Dashboard.

Enter the Email and Password and select Log in.

On the Template Designer tile, select Open Template Designer.

Select New from the toolbar or click New Template from the template list to start the new template wizard.

Select Scan and Extract and accept Amazon Textract terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Select Textract Credentials and enter your Amazon Textract account information. You do not need to enter the Textract account information if you are still within the 200 pages free limit.

Select Next and upload the file with your questions.

Select the questions that you want to import. You can also modify labels and question types as needed.

Select Next.

Enter the template name.

Select if you want to turn Scoring on.

Select Next.

Select if you want to turn on Versioning.

Select the Template Dependency.

Select the Answer Storage method.

Select Next.

Select if you want to Optimize Rules Performance.

Select if you when to Validate Answers.

Select Create to create the template.
