To disable and remove MobileTech+, you will need to contact your WennSoft customer representative. Follow these steps for MobileTech Admin, Resco Cloud, and technician devices.
Update Roles in MobileTech Admin
For each technician who is assigned the Inspector role to use MobileTech+:

Unmark the Inspector role. This will remove them from using the MobileTech+ project.

Mark the MobileTech role. This will switch the technicians to use the main MobileTech project.
Deactivate the MobileTech+ Project in Resco Cloud
Select the MobileTech+ project and then click Deactivate. This will deactivate the project but not delete the MobileTech+ project. Before deleting the project, consider exporting it if you have made customizations and may want to use MobileTech+ again.
Sync Devices
Have the technicians who were using MobileTech+ sync their devices to update to the MobileTech project and remove MobileTech+.
