Complete the Opportunities Form

Use this form to record any information that might require additional billable work in the future.

1. When accessed from the appointment or service call, the top section automatically populates with the service call and customer information. When accessed from the home screen, select the service call to populate the customer information.

2. Enter the following information, as needed:

   • Contact Name

   • Contact Phone

   • Contact Email

3. Complete the following sections:

   • Related Equipment: Select if existing or new.

   • Parts & Fees Needed

     • Non-Inventory

     • Site

     • Inventory

     • Item Estimated Cost

     • Total Estimated Cost

   • Opportunity Details

     • Estimated Materials Cost

     • Estimated Labor

     • Estimated Equipment

     • Estimated Subcontractor

     • Estimated Other

     • Estimated Total

     • Photos

     • Opportunity Type

     • Urgency

     • Additional Notes
