MobileTech+ lets you create an AI summary from appointment details, service call information, assigned equipment and their details, consumed inventory, time entries, notes, the service call or appointment task, and any MobileTech+ templates.

Device must be online with access to AISummary.

Azure connectivity is required; customers should coordinate with WennSoft to obtain the necessary Azure configuration.
To generate the AI Summary:

Select Appointments, or from a service call, select the Appointments tab.

Select an appointment and select Complete. If you are in the appointment window, to complete the appointment, you can select the menu icon and then select Complete.

Select Generate Summary.

In the Generate Summary form, enter additional details if needed and then select Generate Summary.

In the AI summary that is generated, you can edit or add details.

Select I Approve This Summary to add the generated summary to the Resolution Notes field on the Summary Tab. You can enter additional information in the Resolution Note field, if needed.
