Use the Products workflow step to manage service-call cost lines for the current visit. The workflow may label this step as Costs or another configured name. The step displays only product types configured for it. Products may be limited by the service call's price list, allowed product types, the technician's warehouse, and exclusions for labor-linked service products.
Add Inventory Items
-
Open the Products step.
-
Select + New Items.

-
Review the read-only Cost Category.
-
Enter Qty per Item.
-
Search and select one or more items in the Items card.
-
Review Unit Cost and Unit Price. These fields are editable only when your organization's Mobile Settings permit technician overrides.
-
Select Add to save and return, or the available multi-add action when shown.
Add Non Inventory or Service items
-
Select + New Items.

Select Non Inventory or Service in Product Type.

Select the Edit action on an eligible Draft row.
-
Review the fixed Product Type and read-only Item.
-

Use Delete only for eligible Draft Manual or Inventory Consumption rows.
