Understand the Sync-Status Pill
The app header displays the current offline and synchronization state.

Syncing... |
The app is syncing offline data or replaying queued changes. |
|
<n> pending |
The displayed number of offline changes is waiting to synchronize. |
|
Needs refresh |
The latest background data refresh failed or completed only partially. Cached data may be out of date. |
|
Synced |
The latest sync completed and no queued replay backlog remains. |
To check the sync status:

Select the sync-status pill to open Pending Changes and review any items that need attention.

If the status is Needs refresh and you are online, use Refresh Data.
