Service Health Configuration Settings

The Health Configuration page controls which service-call health issues are evaluated for the active business unit and which detected issues can show a warning toast. When no business-unit override exists, every issue starts with Evaluate cleared and Toast cleared. Saving creates or updates the business-unit override for future evaluations. Reset to Default removes the override and returns the page to the out-of-box defaults.

To set up Health Configurations:

  1. Go to Settings > Service > Health Configuration.

  2. Review the issue rows for the active business unit.

    • Call Type Fit: The health issue for a service call whose call type may not fit the description, problem type, priority, or other available context.

    • Missing Duration: The health issue for a service call that does not have estimated duration information for planning.

    • Unassigned Appointment: The health issue for an appointment that does not have an assigned resource.

    • Task Skill Mismatch: The health issue for an appointment whose assigned resource does not match the skill level required by the appointment task template.

    • Incomplete Appointments: The health issue for a service call that is complete while related appointments are not complete.

    • Unapproved Labor: The health issue for service-call labor that has been entered but not approved for billing.

    • Unposted Costs: The health issue for service-call costs that have not posted successfully.

    • Invoice Not Sent: The health issue for a service call whose invoice has not been sent to the customer.

  3. Mark Evaluate for each issue the business unit wants health scoring to check. Turns a health issue check on or off. When selected, the issue can affect the health score, findings, recommended actions, and AI allowed-code prompts. When cleared, the issue is not checked.

  4. Mark Toast to notify users when detected. Allows a detected issue to be eligible for a targeted service-call health warning toast. Toasts are warning notifications for detected health issues.

  5. Save the configuration.

  6. Use Reset to Default when the business unit should return to the out-of-box defaults.
