Call Types in Settings are used to classify service calls. They help customers organize service work for routing, default behavior, and reporting.
Create a Call Type

In Settings, click Call Types.

Select New.

Enter the following.

Call Type (Required): The name used on service calls.

Category (Optional): A grouping label for related call types.

Default Duration (minutes) (Optional): A suggested time value for planning and routing.

Click Save.
Edit a Call Type

In Settings, click Call Types.

Select the call type you want to update.

Update the Call Type name, Category, or Default Duration (minutes) as needed.

Click Save.
