Call Types

Call Types in Settings are used to classify service calls. They help customers organize service work for routing, default behavior, and reporting.

 Create a Call Type

  1. In Settings, click Call Types.

  2. Select New.

  3. Enter the following.

    • Call Type (Required): The name used on service calls.

    • Category (Optional): A grouping label for related call types.

    • Default Duration (minutes) (Optional): A suggested time value for planning and routing.

  4.  Click Save.

Edit a Call Type

  1. In Settings, click Call Types.

  1. Select the call type you want to update.

  1. Update the Call Type name, Category, or Default Duration (minutes) as needed.

  1. Click Save.
