Review Posted Cost Audit History

Posted costs can be reviewed in the Cost Audit tab for reconciliation and research.

To review the cost audit history:

  1. In the Service Call Costs grid, select Posted in the Cost Status column.

  2. Review the Cost Audit tab details for that cost line.

    • Created On and Seq: Show the event order.

    • Event Type: Shows actions such as Received, Posted, or Invoiced.

    • Posting Date and Document #: Show ERP posting details.

    • Cost Delta and Total Actual: Show cost movement and cumulative totals.

    • Cost System ID: Helps identify the related cost row.

  3. Select Clear Filter in Cost Audit to return to the full service call audit history.
