View Resource Locations
The Map page displays resources assigned to appointments. This allows dispatchers and managers to see where technicians are located and make scheduling decisions based on proximity.
Show Other Resources

Open Map.

Select a resource.

Enable Show Other Resources.
The map displays the selected resource along with other available resources, making it easier to compare locations and availability.
Filter Resources
Use filters to narrow the resources displayed on the map.
For example, you can filter by skill level to locate technicians with specific qualifications.
View Resource Inventory
Map allows you to view the inventory assigned to a resource's warehouse or truck.

Open Map.

Select a resource.

Select View Inventory.
The inventory window displays:

Assigned warehouse

Inventory items available for that resource
Find Resources With Specific Inventory
Use inventory search to identify which resource has a specific item available.
For example, if a technician needs a part to complete a service call, you can search for the item and quickly determine which nearby resource has it in stock. This can help you:

View Unscheduled Service Calls
Map can display service calls that have not yet been assigned to a technician.
