Map

The Schedule Map helps you review appointments geographically and create work from map markers.

What You Can Do

  • Visualize workload by location.

  • Open appointment or location details from the map.

  • Create an appointment for an unscheduled service call.

To use the Schedule Map:

  1. Click Map to open the Schedule Map.

  2. Set the current map filters.

    • Date (Required for the view): Select the local schedule date shown on the map and list.

    • Resource: Limit the map and list to one active resource.

    • Show Unscheduled Service Calls (Optional): Turn this on to display unscheduled service call markers.

  3. Review the map markers.

    • Numbered Map Pins: Represent scheduled appointments in route order.

    • Priority Map Pins: Represent unscheduled service calls using priority coloring.

    • Telematics Map Pins (System display when enabled): Show current resource location for today when telematics data is available.

  4. Click on a map marker to review call details.

    • Service Call Name: Shows the related service call.

    • City: Shows the appointment or service location city.

    • Customer and Location: Shows customer and location names with fallback handling when appointment values are missing.

    • Appointment Time Range (Display field for scheduled markers): Shows the scheduled time window.

    • Priority Badge (Display field for unscheduled markers): Shows the service call priority.

  5. Choose the action you need.

    • Open Appointment: Opens the existing appointment from a scheduled marker.

    • Create Appointment: Opens quick create from an unscheduled service call marker.
