Use Health Configuration to control how job health is evaluated for the active business unit. The page title is Job Health Configuration. Only Fixed Amount jobs with standard billing are evaluated; other jobs are skipped regardless of these settings.

Open Health Configuration. Go to Settings > Job Cost > Health Configuration.

Review the active configuration. Active Configuration shows whether the business unit is using the Out-of-box default or a Business unit override.

Set the thresholds. Enter a value greater than or equal to zero for every threshold.

Cost Overrun % (Required): Flag a job when projected cost exceeds the estimate by more than this percentage. The out-of-box default is 5.

Margin Floor % (Required): Flag a job when projected margin falls below this percentage of the contract amount. The out-of-box default is 10.

Underbilling % (Required): Flag a job when earned revenue exceeds billed revenue by more than this percentage of the contract amount. The out-of-box default is 10.

Schedule Drift Gap (points) (Required): Flag a job when schedule elapsed percentage exceeds percent complete by more than this number of points. The out-of-box default is 20.

Collection Lag % (Required): Flag a job when cash received lags billed amounts net of retention by more than this percentage. The out-of-box default is 10.

Choose which findings run and notify. Use the issue-code grid to configure evaluation and notification behavior. Out-of-box defaults select both controls for every issue. Select Evaluate next to an issue to be included in the evaluation. Select Toast for an issue to display a message.

Cost Overrun: Projected cost exceeds the estimate.

Margin Erosion: Projected margin is below the configured floor.

Underbilling: Earned revenue is ahead of billing.

Schedule Drift: The job is overdue, or elapsed schedule progress is too far ahead of completion progress.

Stale Costs: Job Cost transactions remain unposted.

Collection Lag: Cash collection trails billings net of retention.

Select Save to store a business unit override. To discard the override and return to the out-of-box values, select Reset to Default and confirm the reset.
