Troubleshoot Missing Data

If the console opens but the expected telematics data is missing, review the setup in order.

Checklist

  • Confirm Use Telematics (Azuga) is enabled in WennSoft Registration.

  • Confirm Azuga User Name, Azuga Password, and Azuga Client ID are saved.

  • Confirm the resource is marked as Active Telematics Resource.

  • Confirm the resource has a selected vehicle and stored Trackee ID.

  • Confirm the Azuga telematics webhook exists in Service Settings.

  • Use Refresh in the webhook card to confirm the current subscription status.

Best Practices

  • Enable telematics at the tenant level before linking any resources.

  • Link only the resources that should report telematics locations.

  • Review the selected vehicle carefully so the correct trackee is assigned.

  • Confirm the webhook exists before expecting live GPS updates.

  • Use the Telematics Console together with Schedule views when dispatch teams need both map and appointment context.
