Open and Submitted entries can be edited; only Open entries can be deleted. Existing Travel entries open the Travel form, including Mileage when the entry uses mileage-with-travel behavior.
To edit a time entry:

Select the time entry row.

Edit the fields that are enabled. Start/End and Duration may be independently locked by Mobile Settings.

Select the Save action.

To delete an Open entry, select the delete action and confirm the in-app prompt.
