Mobile AI Configurations control how the Mobile PWA builds AI-generated appointment resolution summaries. Administrators use this page to choose which mobile context is sent to AI, set input and output character limits, and provide prompt guidance, templates, and sample summaries.
-
In Settings, select AI Configurations.
-
Set optional character limits. The recommended starting point for appointment resolution summaries is a maximum input of 3,000 characters and a maximum output of 1,200 characters, unless your organization has a different standard.
-
Max Output Chars: Enter Max Output Chars to limit the length of the generated summary. This optional whole-number limit ranges from 150 to 2000.
-
Max Input Chars: Enter Max Input Chars to limit the appointment and service-call context sent to AI. This optional whole-number limit applies to the source context. Valid values range from 300 to 6000.

-
Review the Include Sections checkboxes. Mark the checkbox(es) next to the sections to include in the AI summary. Clear a section if its information is unnecessary or should not affect the summary. Use fewer sections for shorter, focused summaries.
-

-
Service Call: Includes service call details related to the appointment.
-
Current Resolution Note: Includes the technician's current draft resolution text when available.
-

-
Use the optional Prompt Instructions to describe how the AI should write the summary.
-
Include tone, detail level, formatting expectations, and any business rules the summary should follow.
-
Keep instructions direct and specific.
-
Do not enter secrets, credentials, internal IDs, or private information that should not appear in generated text.
-
-
Add an optional Output Template to ensure generated summaries follow a consistent structure.
-
Enter headings, sentence patterns, or a plain-text format that matches your customer communication standard.
-
Leave the field blank when you do not need a fixed structure.
-
-
Add optional Sample Summaries to show the AI examples of good output.
-
Enter up to five examples.
-
Use real-world style, but remove customer-sensitive details that should not be stored as examples.
-
Samples are optional, but they are often the easiest way to teach the AI your preferred tone, detail, and structure.

Save the configuration.
