The Users setting is used to manage users for the current company and business unit and to control access through role assignments and related setup.
Important Notes

Users are created for the active business unit context.

Email must be unique within the current company and business unit.

An employee can be linked to only one user at a time.
View the Users Dashboard
Use the Users list to review the current setup before adding or changing users.

In Settings, click Users.

The Users dashboard displays the following:

Name
-
Email
-
Linked Employee
-
Active status
-
Last Logged in
-
Created Date

Create a New User
Create a new user when the user needs access to the active business unit's application.
To create a new user:

In Settings, select Users.
-
Click New.
-
In the New User form, complete the fields.

Email (Required): Enter the user's email address.
-
First Name: Enter the user's first name.
-
Last Name: Enter the user's last name.

Employee: Select the employee record to link this user to an employee. Each employee can be linked to only one user at a time.

Click Save. Continue to below to assign authorization roles to the user.
Assign Roles
Users can be assigned one or more roles for the active business unit. Roles are set up in Role Definitions.
To assign roles to a user:

In Settings, click Users.

Select the user name in the list to open user details.

Select one or more roles.
-
Click Save.
Send Email Invitations
The Users page supports bulk email invitations.
To send email invitations:

In Settings, click Users.
-
Select one or more users in the list.
-
Confirm each selected user has an email address.

Select Send Email Invite.
Notes:

At least one user must be selected before sending invitations.

Every selected user must have an email address.
-
Bulk invitation is intended for onboarding or reminding users to activate access.
