Bug Fixes

Administration

  • Cleaner settings pages
Service settings pages now display a single page header instead of duplicate headers. (WC-484)

  • Complete units of measure on migrated costs
Signature service-call cost migrations now resolve and retain the applicable unit of measure and report actionable mapping errors. (WC-2110)

  • Accurate Rates Read permission description
Role Definitions now clarifies that Rates Read covers Time Categories, while employee and position rates require their separate permissions. (WC-2157)

Job Cost and Billing

  • Billing-only Service Call lines
Authorized billing users can create explicit Billing Only Non-Inventory lines for invoicing without creating a zero-dollar ERP cost transaction or WIP relief. (WC-2174)

  • Correct labor posting summaries
Directly posted labor transaction costs now produce the correct posted general-ledger entry in the FORGE transaction summary. (WC-2224)

Mobile and Offline

  • Reliable mobile equipment saves
New equipment records can be saved from mobile without misleading validation failures, duplicate records, or silent offline loss. (WC-2062)

  • Optional Assign to me selection
The Assign to me option can be cleared when creating a follow-up appointment from mobile completion. (WC-2064)

  • Offline workflow loading
Appointment workflows now load more reliably when a technician is working offline. (WC-2087)

  • Android attachment opening
Service Call note attachments can now be opened from supported Android devices. (WC-2097)

  • iOS attachment closing
Closing a viewed attachment on iOS no longer produces an external-link error. (WC-2098)

  • Offline Purchase Order notes
Notes added to an offline-created Purchase Order now synchronize after the device reconnects. (WC-2100)

  • Readable dark-mode notifications
Service Call Health notifications now retain readable contrast when dark mode is enabled. (WC-2108)

  • Required Combined-step type selection
Included workflow steps begin without an assumed type, and the designer requires an explicit valid selection before saving. (WC-2211)

  • Travel entries without embedded mileage
Travel time now saves successfully when Mileage Entry Mode is configured to record mileage separately. (WC-2223)

Purchasing

  • Supported default Ship-to behavior
New Purchase Orders default to a Ship-to source of “None”. The available options to select are Custom and Warehouse. If you select Warehouse, you have the ability to select the correct warehouse (MAIN, TRUCK1, TRUCK2, ZONE-1, etc).  In BC each location (Forge warehouse) will have an address.  By selecting this warehouse, this address will be added to the purchase order.(WC-2132)

  • Multiple Vendor Card email addresses
Vendor email fields now accept, validate, normalize, and synchronize semicolon-separated recipient lists. (WC-2151)

  • Purchase Order payment terms
Vendor payment terms are synchronized and retained on Purchase Orders so the applicable Terms can appear on generated documents. (WC-2176)

  • Vendor item descriptions on Purchase Order lines
New mapped Purchase Order lines now default to the vendor item-reference description while preserving buyer-entered overrides. (WC-2178)
IMPORTANT: To implement this change, you will need to go to:

    • General Settings → Business Central Webhooks and click Create/Update Business Central Webhooks.

    • General Settings → Business Central Data Migration and click Run Vendor Product References.

  • Purchase Orders with payment terms release successfully
Purchase Orders containing Business Central payment terms can now complete the normal Send to ERP release flow. (WC-2229)

Reporting

  • Synchronized Tablix column selection
Clicking a Tablix column card now updates the Selected Column inspector immediately, without a separate Select action. (WC-2101)

  • Stable focus in parameter fields
Report Builder parameter text fields retain focus while users type complete values. (WC-2120)

  • Long invoice text reflows correctly
Auto-height Service Invoice content now moves downstream report elements before pagination, preventing overlapping or invalid PDF layouts. (WC-2173)

  • Correct Service Invoice Document Date
Service Invoice and corrective credit memo PDFs now use the stored GL Posting Date as the Document Date. (WC-2195)
