MobileTech users can open files attached to appointment notes through the device’s supported viewer on Android and iOS. (WC-1986)

Synchronizing a note attachment created offline now produces one valid attachment instead of an additional empty record. (WC-2049)

  • Pending offline purchase orders remain visible
Auto-numbered purchase orders created offline remain visible in the appointment PO tab as pending records until synchronization assigns their final numbers. (WC-2050)

  • Offline time submissions retain their status

Technicians can capture and retain required appointment-task photos offline for upload when connectivity returns. (WC-2054)

  • Required task responses preserved during sync
Responses entered while completing tasks offline are retained and synchronized with the completion action. (WC-2056)

Appointment, time, and reimbursement lookups offer active resources for new selections while retaining clearly identified inactive historical assignments. (WC-1494)

Job Cost progress and retention-release invoices use division-configured accounts, with gross billing and tax-sensitive retention transactions posted separately. (WC-2033)

Users can access Reporting and Report Builder from Job Cost without being switched unexpectedly to the Service workspace. (WC-2035)
