Appointment note attachments retained on iOS
Attachments added to appointment notes remain visible when the saved note is reopened in MobileTech on iOS. (WC-1985) -
Open note attachments on mobile devices
MobileTech users can open files attached to appointment notes through the device’s supported viewer on Android and iOS. (WC-1986) -
Open website links from customer information
Website fields can now provide an action for opening the displayed link while preserving the ability to edit the value. (WC-1987) -
Editable saved time-entry duration
Technicians can directly update the duration when reopening an editable MobileTech time entry. (WC-1996) -
Automatic appointment updates on iOS
Newly created appointments are now surfaced more reliably on iOS devices without requiring a manual refresh. (WC-2003) -
Products available across offline appointments
Synchronized products remain available in Costs for all qualifying offline appointments, even if an appointment was not opened before connectivity was lost. (WC-2011) -
No empty duplicate attachments after offline sync
Synchronizing a note attachment created offline now produces one valid attachment instead of an additional empty record. (WC-2049) -
Pending offline purchase orders remain visible
Auto-numbered purchase orders created offline remain visible in the appointment PO tab as pending records until synchronization assigns their final numbers. (WC-2050) -
Offline time submissions retain their status
Manual unbilled time entries submitted offline synchronize as Submitted rather than reverting to Open. (WC-2052) -
Capture required task photos offline
Technicians can capture and retain required appointment-task photos offline for upload when connectivity returns. (WC-2054) -
Required task responses preserved during sync
Responses entered while completing tasks offline are retained and synchronized with the completion action. (WC-2056) -
Workflow tasks available offline on iOS
Successfully synchronized appointment tasks can now be loaded from local storage in the iOS app while offline. (WC-2060) -
Reliable mobile dropdown controls
Selecting a dropdown arrow in the Mobile PWA now leaves the list open so users can choose a value normally. (WC-2073)

Reporting retains the Job Cost workspace
