Resco typically releases three major updates each year (spring, fall, and winter). For each major release, we review their Release Notes to assess any potential impact on MobileTech. If a change appears relevant, we perform targeted testing to confirm compatibility.
We generally do not test smaller bug fix or hotfix releases—or even major releases—if the documented changes do not align with MobileTech functionality.
We recommend a similar approach for your organization: review release notes and test updates in a non-production environment before deploying to your live environment.
