This release improves Schedule reliability across administration, service calls, installation, integrations, and the Schedule Board. The corrections below help protect service call data, reduce duplicate records, and make common pages and selection lists easier to use.
Administration

Administration page scrolling restored
Users can scroll through the Administration page to view and edit all Schedule Board users without changing browser zoom or relying on keyboard navigation. (SCHED-2536) -
Company selection list supports scrolling
Administrators with access to many companies can scroll through the company selection list and choose the appropriate company without changing their access or opening another browser tab. (SCHED-2576)
Appointments and Service Calls

Call Type is preserved when a service call opens
Opening an existing service call no longer clears its Call Type, helping prevent unintended data changes when the record is saved. (SCHED-2553) -
New service calls display customer and location details
When a service call is created from the Schedule Board, the Customer Name, Location Name, and Address ID display correctly in the new service call window. (SCHED-2555) -
Unassigned service calls can share the same time
Service calls assigned to the UNASSIGNED resource from Customer Hub are no longer blocked by the double-booking restriction. (SCHED-2557) -
Call Types without descriptions are not assigned automatically
New service calls no longer receive an unintended Call Type when a Call Type record is missing its description. (SCHED-2558) -
Equipment descriptions display when creating service calls
The equipment list now displays equipment descriptions when users select equipment for a new service call. (SCHED-2566 -
Bill To location filtering follows Global Settings
Customer Hub now hides Bill To locations when Exclude Bill To Locations within Customer Hub is selected in Global Settings. (SCHED-2568) -
Duplicate service calls and appointments are prevented
Schedule prevents repeated save actions from creating duplicate service calls or appointments. (SCHED-2569) -
Equipment displays on service calls
Equipment added to a service call is now visible when the service call is opened from the Schedule Board. (SCHED-2580) -
Contract numbers are protected on closed service calls
The Contract Number field can no longer be edited after a service call is closed. (SCHED-2581)
Installation and Configuration

Modify updates server connection settings
Using Modify to change the server for an existing Schedule installation now updates the saved connection settings without requiring a full uninstall and reinstall. (SCHED-2577) -
Installer accepts passwords containing semicolons
The Schedule installer now supports administrator account passwords that contain a semicolon. (SCHED-2578)
Integrations and APIs

Appointment API overtime field name corrected
The Appointment API and its schema now use techAllowedOvertimeHours for the technician overtime-hours field, correcting the previously misspelled property name. (SCHED-2571) -
Resource email entries no longer disrupt XOi workflows
Resource Options communication settings prevent trailing blank lines in technician email addresses from interrupting XOi appointment updates. (SCHED-2582)

Map drawing functions remain compatible
Schedule uses a supported map drawing component so map-based drawing functions continue to work after the previous library is retired. (SCHED-2533) -
Schedule Board resources load reliably
The Schedule Board no longer remains in a continuous loading state when resource information is unavailable during page initialization. (SCHED-2575)
